Pakistan flesh presser seeks asylum in India

Former Hindu lawmaker from best Minister Imran Khan's Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf celebration, Baldev Kumar, on Tuesday sought political asylum from New Delhi.

"Minorities in Pakistan aren't feeling cozy and they were denied rights. there's a rise in atrocities and goal killings. i used to be put at the back of bars for two years," the former MLA from Barikot (reserved) seat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly told reporters in Khanna, some a hundred km from the state capital here.

He noted he won't go lower back to Pakistan.

"I came here with my full conscious mind. i'm asking for (best Minister Narendra) Modi saab to provide me asylum and supply me protection," he pointed out.

Kumar, 43-12 months-ancient turbaned man, observed minorities have been being prosecuted in Pakistan. He noted killings of Hindu and Sikh leaders had been being performed.

"My brothers are there (in Pakistan). Many Sikh and Hindu households want to immigrate to India. Gurdwaras are in bad shape. There isn't any appreciate for the minorities. There are circumstances of forcible conversion and such acts may still now not happen. A case of forcible conversion of a Sikh woman to Islam got here to mild recently," he stated.

He talked about he had expectations from Imran Khan but he too changed after successful the elections.
