Keough faculty’s McKenna center launches new ...

Two classes that help deprived entrepreneurs in South Bend and South Africa now have a new domestic at the McKenna core for Human building and global business, a part of the Keough faculty of global Affairs at the college of Notre Dame. The programs are directed by way of Michael Morris, professor of the follow, a scholar of entrepreneurship who joined the Keough faculty in August.

Entrepreneurship and Empowerment in South Africa, a six-week immersion software in townships surrounding Cape city, South Africa, pairs graduate students and rising juniors and seniors with traditionally deprived entrepreneurs in quest of to develop their personal corporations. The software, launched in 1998, is a partnership amongst Notre Dame and the school of Colorado, Texas A&M tuition, the school of Florida and the university of the Western Cape in South Africa.
