ISLAMABAD: The Petroleum Division (PD) has planned to auction 27 new Exploration and creation (E&P) blocks for stepping up oil and fuel drilling activities in diverse hydrocarbon competencies areas of the nation.

"The commercial for the award of 20 E&P blocks will be given within the first week of October, while seven offshore blocks may be provided in December," a senior reputable aware about petroleum sector developments advised APP.
