LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — a brand new software will make it less complicated for La Crosse County residents dwelling in poverty to come up with the money for health insurance.

The software, HealthConnect, helps pay the premiums for those with an revenue between 100% and one hundred fifty% of the federal poverty level, which is between $26,200 and $39,300 per year for a household of four. essentially 240 households in the county are eligible.
