Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf lawmaker for motion against tv anchor

ISLAMABAD - The ruling celebration MNA and Parliamentary Secretary on textile, Commerce, Industries & production and Board of funding Aliya Hamza Malik on Monday advised country wide meeting Speaker Asad Qaiser to take action in opposition t noted television anchor Hamid Mir for his fresh remarks in opposition t the army.

In a letter written to the Speaker, the parliamentary secretary mentioned that "anti-state propaganda should now not be termed as freedom of speech" and it's excessive time that the journalist need to be wondered as he has "spitted venom against the state of Pakistan."

"I strongly urge the Speaker and Chairman (NA Standing) Committee on Defence to name him in a meeting and ask (him) to deliver proof and proof of whatever he is announcing and also register a case of treason (once more him)," the letter referred to.
